How do I book an assessment?

What happens at the first assessment?
A 45-minute structured clinical assessment — history, examination, validated outcome measures — followed by a clinical opinion and a draft treatment plan. You leave knowing whether rehabilitation is indicated and what the program would look like.
What should I bring?
Photo ID, insurance card, relevant medical reports and imaging, current medication list, and comfortable clothing. For pediatric patients, school reports and previous therapy reports are useful. Programs and frequency
How long does a rehabilitation program last?
Depends on the condition. Post-surgical orthopedic programs typically run 8–12 weeks. Stroke and TBI recovery is measured in months. Pediatric programs are reviewed every 12 weeks and may run for years.
How many sessions per week will I need?
Most active programs run two to four sessions per week. Lower frequencies often produce no measurable change.
Will I see the same clinician every session?
Yes, wherever possible. Continuity matters — both for the clinical work and for the relationship. Insurance and payment
Is treatment covered by insurance in the UAE?
